The intermediation services provided in the United States are provided exclusively through Webull Financial LLC, without any interference by H.H. The foreign exchange transactions related to the Webull Financial LLC Investment Account are carried out directly between the client and Ouribank.
The foreign exchange account in Brazilian reais, opened in the client’s name at Ouribank, may be accessed via the Webull platform, always with the client’s prior authorization. The funds deposited in this account do not belong to Webull, which do not perform foreign exchange operations on their own behalf nor hold ownership of the funds.
Webull provides the technological infrastructure to facilitate communication between the client and Ouribank. The platform does not store or directly handle financial resources; it only transmits orders and information.
The balance shown in the FX Account is for informational purposes only and reflects transactions with Ouribank. All transactions are subject to bank approval and the submission of documentation required under Brazilian foreign exchange regulations, including proof of the source and destination of the funds.
