Targa Resources Increases Its Quarterly Cash Dividend From $1.00 To $1.25

Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE:TRGP) ("Targa" or the "Company") announced today that its board of directors has declared an increase to its quarterly cash dividend to $1.25 per common share, or $5.00 per common share on an annualized basis, for the first quarter of 2026, consistent with previously disclosed expectations. This dividend represents a 25 percent increase over the common dividend declared with respect to the first quarter of 2025. This cash dividend will be paid May 15, 2026 on all outstanding common shares to holders of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2026.
